Noticeboard

On Friday 3 March we will be trialling a new telephone system.

If you call the surgery and the lines are busy you will receive a message telling you where you are in the queue, you can then make the decision to either call back later or continue hold.  As soon as a Receptionist is free they will take your call.

We are going to see how this works for patients and staff for a three month period and then review this system at the end of May.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Home Visits

If you need to see a doctor but feel unable to get to the surgery, please telephone to request a visit, preferably before 11.00am.  You may be put through to a doctor to discuss your problem, and to arrange a visit if necessary.

Alternatively, you may be asked to leave your name and telephone number so that the doctor can call you back shortly.
