On Friday 3 March we will be trialling a new telephone system.
If you call the surgery and the lines are busy you will receive a message telling you where you are in the queue, you can then make the decision to either call back later or continue hold. As soon as a Receptionist is free they will take your call.
We are going to see how this works for patients and staff for a three month period and then review this system at the end of May. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
