Noticeboard

From 26th June our practice will be able to offer the electronic prescription service (EPS).

EPS makes it possible for your prescriptions to be sent electronically to the pharmacy or dispenser of your choice.  For more information visit the NHS England website.

Repeat Prescriptions

blue_pills.jpgPatients on regular medication can obtain repeat prescriptions from the surgery, once they have been authorised by a doctor.

Whenever possible, repeat prescriptions should be ordered by completing the slip attached to the right side of your previous prescription. This should then be sent or handed in to the surgery.

You can request a repeat prescription by letter, or by telephoning the surgery after 11:00 only.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users to the system are required to complete a simple registration.

From 26 June 2017 we will be offering the electronic prescribing service for more information click here

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
